Some information on the Comenius funds |

Each school receives a particular amount of money from its national agency Socrates. Each school manages its own money and prepares its own budget, knowing that there are 4 meetings which means that teachers from each school travel 3 times and that you have to decide how many teachers and students will travel according to your budget. In Spain, we only have to justify the flight tickets and to certificate our presence in the different meetings. This certificate will be given by the school that receives the Comenius partners. We are going to prepare a model of certificate that we will give to each of the schools so that we all have the same one. Each school is in charge of booking and buying its own tickets and of keeping the tickets to justify the number of mobilities. The school that organizes the meeting is in charge of finding a hotel for the Comenius partners and to make the reservation.
